Design engineering

The solution is our constructing team that is experienced in designing of the simple metal parts or customized systems. In cooperation with our technology team the constructors provide support during the design and development of the metal sheet components. For processing and editing of the technical documentations and drawings the latest versions of the CAD software is used.
Production
We specialize in production of small and middle-sized parts max. sized 500x500x500 mm. These parts are delivered in small or middle-sized series. We are equipped to produce and build large sized components and systems- that is a matter of communication. We continually invest n innovation of our production technologies to fully adapt to needs and demands of our customers and to provide high quality outputs. The levels of automation and robotization are rising while the percentage of defects is being reduced and processing times are stabilized. Swiss Form employees are precisely hired and need to be qualified and skilled to maintain high quality of the working processes.
Surface finishes
Whether the product focus is aimed on design, protection against external damages or a special base layer we provide the relevant adjustments as desired. There are many possibilities to improve the performance of the parts e.g. wet or powder polishing, tinning, chromating etc.
